To check your Premium Membership is working as it should, please do the following:

  1. Check your email address. It's not uncommon for users to create multiple accounts with different email addresses (a personal and school email address, for example). Also check your email address for typos. Your Premium Membership will only show up with the email you used to create your Premium account. 

    • Note: Check your inbox for information about your Premium upgrade. The Premium email will have information about billing in it. This can help you determine which email you used to sign up.  

  2. Log in to your account with the Premium Membership email address.

  3. Click on "My Account" from the drop down menu on the top right side and scroll down.

    • Premium Members will show either your next billing date and bill amount or indicate that your membership is managed through one of our sister sites (My Crossword Maker or My Word Search)

    • Basic Members will only a button to "Go Premium" button

If you follow these steps and your membership information is still not displaying as it should, contact our friendly support team for assistance. Include your account email address, the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to pay, and the approximate date you signed up for Premium Membership. We will help you sort it out in a timely manner.
