When publishing a worksheet, paying and Premium Members have the option of saving their worksheets as 'Private'. Only the creator can see 'Private' worksheets.

If you come across a 'Private' worksheet, you won't be able to view it. Instead, you'll receive a page error and a notice that you don't have access to view it.

How to Find and Share a 'Private' Worksheet You Created:

If you're having trouble finding, accessing, or sharing a worksheet that you created, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you're logged in
We know; this is always the first suggestion on lists like this. It's always a good place to start. Plus, you have to be logged in to view your 'Private' worksheets.

  2. Go to 'My Worksheets' and search for your work
Your worksheet should be just where you left it in "My Worksheets." If you have several worksheets, use the search function to help you. After you click on your worksheet, you can download or print it from the Creator Panel.

  3. Verify your email address on your account.
If you can't find the worksheet you made, make sure that you're logged into the correct account. In between a Google log in, district email address, personal address, and the million other things our users need to do, it is very common for people to create multiple accounts by accident.

Go to 'My Profile' and check your email address. If it's possible you may have created a different account, try to log in with your other email address.

  4. Sharing 'Private' Worksheets
Only you will be able to see any worksheets you've saved as 'Private'. If you share your 'Private' worksheet link, your students, colleagues, or friends will not be able to see it.

To Share your private worksheet, you can either:

    - Download  a PDF (recommended). You can download a PDF of your 'Private' worksheet and share it with your students and colleagues through email, class portals, or other methods.

    - Change your worksheet permissions. Unpublish your worksheet, switch it to 'Public', and republish it. Note that this will automatically publish your worksheet in the Community Library and make it available for anyone to view, save, or edit a copy.
